Currently with the COVID-19 around the world a lot of countries suspended the acceptance of package from the Japan Post by Air and Seas.
But I recently from a Japanese carrier that can ship to overseas, Kuroneko YAMATO international TA-Q-BIN.
Their shipping fees are quite similar to EMS, a bit higher, but their fees depend of the size of the package and not the weight. So their fees increase quickly with the size.
Also, they do not accept to ship food and not sure if they can accept to ship item with the ramune candy inside.
They have a Delivery System Area with major cities, they might accept the package if the city is not on their list but if any trouble during the transit and delivery. They might automatically send back the package to me and the shipping fee is not refunded.
