some countries do not accept Registered SAL package from Japan.
so Japan has stopped accepting Registered SAL packages for those countries.
Countries who do not accept Registered SAL anymore
Australia, Greenland, Hungary, Germany, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Poland.
those are added to the list of the countries that previously didnt accept the Registered SAL.
such as Cyprus, Taiwan, ....
