About cancellation,
Please note that in Japan cancelling an order is not an option allowed (not available).
In Japan, the webmasters that create site automatically block this option on any shopping site that they creates.
In the case of a cancellation request, the buyer must give a real reason and give prove of this real reason for requesting the cancellation.
If the shop accepts the reason given for this cancellation request, and if the order was passed over 1 days ago, then the buyer will have to pay a 10% cancellation fee to have this order cancelled.
If the cancellation request is made within 24 hours that the order was passed. I might be able to manually delete the order without charging the cancellation fee.
Also please note, like I wrote previously cancelling an order in Japan is officially not an option allowed. If a paid order ends to be cancelled the site system automatically put the buyer in the "Buyer Black List".
And a Red Flag order will be sent to me if this buyer ever tries to order again. Which of course means that this new order will probably be automatically cancelled.
In some other sites, the buyer is completely banned and blocked from passing any new orders.
Here is an option to get the order cancelled (actually not really cancelled) without to have to pay the cancellation fee.
You need to look for a buyer who is ready to buy your order and then tell him (her) to contact me. After that I will relist this item on the site for this potential buyer to order it. If this buyer orders the item then I will try to manually delete the order of the buyer who ask to cancel his order, that way the cancellation fee would not be charged.
But please note that you must give a really good reason, for a potential cancellation approval.
Such as I might be able to buy it for a cheaper price after the release, it is not a reason that can be accepted for the cancellation.
