Participants must be legal residents of the United States and at least eighteen years old. Participants cannot be Del Taco employees or their direct love partners. A recent receipt with a 15-digit survey code is required in order to complete the survey. Although the survey can be filled out more than once, each receipt is only valid for one usage and expires three days after it is issued.
